How do I book a trip with Mogopodi Adventures?
You can book filling in the contact form above, calling us on (072) 377 9233, or emailing info@mogopodiadventures.co.za. Our team will confirm availability and send you all the details you need.
Where do you pick up passengers?
Pick-up location depends on your specific request and where you're staying. Rustenburg is our standard pick-up point, but we're happy to arrange collection from other locations on request — just let us know when you book and we'll confirm what's possible.
Do you cater for groups and corporate events?
Absolutely! We offer tailored group packages including group game drives (minimum 20 people), team-building experiences, and corporate retreat packages. Contact us to discuss a custom itinerary.
Are children allowed on all activities?
Most of our activities are family-friendly, but some have age restrictions. The Bush Walk, for example, is limited to adults 16 years and older. We also offer a special Pilanesberg Game Drive package for 1 Adult + 1 Child.
What should I bring on a safari or game drive?
We recommend comfortable, neutral-coloured clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera. Water and snacks may be included depending on your package — we'll confirm when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our full Terms & Policies page for full cancellation details. In general, we ask for reasonable notice and will do our best to reschedule where possible. Contact us as soon as your plans change.
